1. What is the Loyalty Cash Program?
The Loyalty Cash Program is a special Rewards point system on Firstcry.om You can earn Loyalty Cash on your purchase from FirstCry website, mobile applications. You can also redeem the Loyalty Cash while making purchases on FirstCry website, mobile applications.
2. How do I earn Loyalty Cash?
As you explore products on Firstcry.om website or mobile application, against each product, you will see the Loyalty Cash on offer for that product, if applicable. For every product that you purchase online which has Loyalty Cash on offer, the Loyalty Cash for that product will be credited to your account within 48 hours of the product being successfully delivered to you.
3. How is my Loyalty Cash Calculated?
Your earned Loyalty Cash will vary based on the products bought by you on FirstCry website, mobile application. The Loyalty Cash against the product, if available for that product, is aimed at maximizing the value provided to you.
However, you will not earn any Loyalty Cash for a product if you have availed an offer which provides product(s) for free in your order. Also if you decide to earn PAYBACK points for your order, you will not earn any Loyalty Cash for that order.
4. How do I redeem my Loyalty Cash?
You can start redeeming your Loyalty Cash once you have earned a minimum of OMR 2 as Loyalty Cash. On earning OMR 2as Loyalty Cash, you may redeem it against a purchase/order on FirstCry website, mobile application. Eg: If you have earned OMR 2.5 as Loyalty Cash, you can use the entire OMR 2.5 against orders at FirstCry . You can redeem your loyalty cash even in orders in which you have availed other coupons or offers.

5. How do I track the Loyalty Cash I have earned?
For purchases made on Firstcry.om website & mobile applications, you will be able to get all details on your Loyalty Cash by logging in and going to Loyalty Cash section in My Account. Your loyalty cash updates will reflect here within 48 hours of the product being successfully delivered to you.
We recommend linking your mobile number to your account on Firstcry.om. Doing this makes tracking your Loyalty Cash easy.
6. How do I verify my mobile number on Firstcry.om?
Log in to your account on Firstcry.om. Visit the My Profile section under My Account. Enter your mobile number in the My Contact section and click on the 'VERIFY & SAVE' button. You will receive a One Time Password (OTP) on this mobile number. Enter this OTP in the provided textbox. If the entered OTP is correct, you will get a confirmation message about the same. Congratulations! You have successfully linked your mobile number to your account.

7. What happens if I return / cancel my order?
If you return/cancel your complete order, you will not be credited any Loyalty Cash against that order. In case any part of your order is replaced, you will receive the Loyalty Cash earned basis the new product delivered to you. If you return any part of your order, the Loyalty Cash against that product(s) will not be added to your account.
Redeeming your Loyalty Cash
If you return/cancel a product for which you have paid with Loyalty Cash, an equivalent amount will be added back to your Loyalty Cash account. If the entire order is returned/cancelled, the loyalty cash will be added back to your account.
8. Will my Loyalty Cash expire if I don't use it?
Loyalty Cash earned by you will expire on 31st December of every year from your FirstCry Loyalty Cash Account, if no new order(s) have been placed on or after 1st January of same year. E.g. Loyalty cash earned by you during the year 2019 will expire on 31st December 2020 from your account, if no new order(s) have been placed on or after 1st January 2020.
